Apple has officially released their new iOS update 13.5 which brings changes to the face ID and passcode. Now iPhone users will be able to unlock their phones while wearing a mask easily.
How it works
Let’s assume the user is trying to unlock their phone while wearing a mask, previously Apple’s Face ID would try to attempt to unlock the iPhone more than once before promoting passcode or password screen but with the new update as soon as the user tries to unlock the phone passcode or password will be promoted, depends on the second security method you are using for your smartphone.
Also, this update includes a new Exposure Notification API and bug fixing.
Stay tuned and stay safe.
